അസി. കെമിസ്റ്റ്/ കെമിസ്റ്റ് ത സ്തികക്ക് കെമിസ്ട്രി/ അനുബന്ധ ശാഖകളിൽ (അപ്ലൈഡ് കെമി സ്ട്രി/ അനലറ്റിക്കൽ കെമിസ്ട്രി) എം.എസ്‌സിയുള്ളവർക്കും സയ ൻസ് (ഹൈഡ്രോ ജിയോളജി) ത സ്തികക്ക് ജിയോളജി/ അനുബന്ധ ശാഖകളിൽ മാസ്റ്റേഴ്സ് ബിരുദമുള്ളവർക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാം.

യോഗ്യത പരീക്ഷയെഴുതി ഫലം കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നവർക്കും അപേക്ഷി ക്കാവുന്നാണ്. പ്രായം 21-32 നിയമാ നുസൃത വയസ്സിളവുണ്ട്. വിശദമായ യോഗ്യത മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങളും സെല ക്ഷൻ നടപടികളും അപേക്ഷ സ മർപ്പണത്തിനുള്ള നിർദേശങ്ങളും വിജ്ഞാപനത്തിലുണ്ട്.

ജിയോ-സ യൻ്റിസ്റ്റ് സ്ക്രീനിങ് ടെസ്റ്റ് 2026 ഫെബ്രുവരി എട്ടിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം അടക്കം രാജ്യത്തെ തെരഞ്ഞെടു ക്കപ്പെട്ടകേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിൽ നടക്കും.യോ ഗ്യത നേടുന്നവരെ മെയിൻ പരീക്ഷ ക്ക് ക്ഷണിക്കും.

1. CANDIDATES TO ENSURE THEIR ELIGIBILITIY FOR THE EXAMINATION:

All candidates (male/female/transgender) are requested to carefully read the Rules of Combined Geo-Scientist Examination notified by the Government (Ministry of Mines) and the Notice of Examination derived from these Rules. Candidates applying for the Examination should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions foradmission to the Examination. Their admission at all the stages of the Examination will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. Mere issue of Admission Certificate to the candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been
finally cleared by the Commission. Verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents is taken up only after the candidate
has qualified for Interview/Personality Test.

2. HOW TO APPLY :

Candidates are required to apply online only by using the website https ://upsconline.nic.in. It is essential for the applicant to create account, generate Universal Registration
Number (URN) and then proceed for filling up all the modules of Common Application Form (CAF). URN has tobe registered only once in life time. This can be done anytime throughout the year. If the candidate has already completed all three parts, he/she can proceed straightway for filling up the 4th part i.e., Exam Specific form. A candidate who is willing to apply for Combined Geo-Scientist Examination shall be required to apply on-line and submit the requisite information and supporting documents towardsvarious claims, such as date of birth, category [viz. SC/ST/OBC/ EWS/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen], educational qualification, etc. as may be sought by the Commission along with the Common Application Form (CAF). The failure to provide the required information/documents along with the
Common Application Form (CAF) will entail cancellation of candidature for the examination.

NOTE: The candidates should also note that no addition/deletion/any changes are allowed in Universal Registration Number (URN) & Common Application Form (CAF) and Exam Specific Form
in the Combined Geo-Scientist Examination, in any circumstances once it is submitted. Brief instructions for filling up online applications are given in Appendix-IIA. Detailed instructions are available
on the above mentioned website.

2.1 The candidates will not be allowed to withdraw their applications after the submission of the same.

3. Candidate should have details of one Photo ID Card viz. Aadhaar Card/Voter Card/PAN Card/Passport/Driving Licence/Any other Photo ID Card issued by the State/Central Government. The
details of this Photo ID Card will have to be provided by the candidate while filling up the Universal Registration (URN). The candidates will have to upload a scanned copy of the Photo ID whose details
have been provided in the online application by him/her. This Photo ID Card will be used for all futurereferencing and the candidate is advised to carry this Photo ID Card while appearing for Examination/
Personality Test.

4. LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: The Online Applications can be filled up to 23rd September, 2025 till 18.00 Hours.

5. The eligible candidates shall be issued an e-Admission Certificate on the last working day of the preceding week of the date of examination. The e-Admission Certificate will be made available in the
UPSC website [https://upsconline.nic.in] for downloading by candidates. No Admission Certificate will besent by post. All the applicants are required to provide valid active E-Mail I.D. while creating account
as the Commission may use electronic mode for contacting them at different stages of examination process.

6. PENALTY FOR WRONG ANSWERS (in Objective Type Papers) : Candidates should note that there will be penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a
candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers.

7. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS : Candidates are advised to read carefully “Special Instructions to the candidates for Objective Type Test
and Conventional Type Test” (Appendix III – Part A and Part B). The Preliminary Examination for Combined Geo-Scientist Examination for two Objective Type papers
will be conducted on OMR Sheet.

8. HELPDESK FOR CANDIDATE The Commission has established a dedicated helpline to assist the candidates during the application process.Candidates seeking clarification, guidance, or assistance related to the application process or examinationdetails can contact the helpline no. 011-24041001. The helpline will be operational from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM on all working days during the application window i.e from 03.09.2025 to 23.09.2025. Applicants may utilize this service for any issues relating to the application process, including fee payment, uploading of documents,
etc.
