കേരള ഡെവലപ്‌മെന്റ് ആൻഡ് ഇന്നൊവേഷൻ സ്ട്രാറ്റജിക് കൗൺസിൽ (കെ-ഡിസ്‌ക്) നടത്തുന്ന യങ് ഇന്നൊവേറ്റേഴ്സ് പ്രോഗ്രാം (വൈ ഐ പി) സ്‌കൂൾ വിഭാഗം സംസ്ഥാന തല വിജയികൾക്ക് ഗ്രേസ് മാർക്ക് അനുവദിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവായി. ഹൈസ്‌കൂൾ, ഹയർ സെക്കൻഡറി, വൊക്കേഷണൽ ഹയർ സെക്കൻഡറി സ്‌കൂൾ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കായി നടത്തുന്ന വൈ ഐ പി-ശാസ്ത്രപദം സംസ്ഥാനതല വിജയികൾക്കാണ് 10 മാർക്കായി അനുവദിച്ച് പൊതുവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചത്. ഹൈസ്‌കൂൾ മുതൽ ഗവേഷണതലം വരെയുള്ള വിദ്യാർഥികളിൽ ഇന്നൊവേഷൻ സംസ്‌ക്കാരം വളർത്തിയെടുക്കാൻ സഹായകരമാകുന്ന പരിപാടിയാണ് വൈ ഐ പി.
ഹൈസ്‌കൂൾ, ഹയർ സെക്കൻഡറി സ്‌കൂൾ, വി.എച്ച്.എസ്.ഇ. സ്കൂളുകളിൽ പൊതു വിദ്യാഭ്യസ വകുപ്പ് എസ്.എസ്.കെ. എന്നിവയുമായി ചേർന്ന് വൈ.ഐ.പി-ശാസ്ത്രപഥം എന്ന പേരിലാണ് വൈ ഐ പി പരിപാടി നടപ്പിലാക്കി വരുന്നത്.ഈ പരിപാടിയിലൂടെ രണ്ട് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മൂന്നംഗ വിദ്യാർഥി ടീമുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ആശയങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നാണ് ത്രിതല മൂല്യനിർണ്ണയത്തിലൂടെ സംസ്ഥാനതല വിജയികളെ കണ്ടെത്തുന്നത്. തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത ടീമുകൾക്ക് പ്രോജക്റ്റ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കാൻ മാർഗ്ഗനിർദ്ദേശവും സാമ്പത്തികസഹായവും കെ-ഡിസ്‌ക് നൽകുന്നു.
വൈ.ഐ.പി-ശാസ്ത്രപഥം എട്ടാം പതിപ്പിന്റെ രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷനും ആശയസമർപ്പണവും നടന്നുവരുകയാണ്. സെപ്റ്റംബർ 14നു മുൻപായി yip.kerala.gov.in എന്ന വെബ്‌സൈറ്റിൽ ആശയങ്ങൾ സമർപ്പിക്കാം. അക്കാദമിക ഗവേഷണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ, സർക്കാർ, ഇൻഡസ്ട്രി, പൊതുസമൂഹം എന്നിവയെ ബന്ധിപ്പിച്ചാണ് വൈ.ഐ.പി. പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നത്. വൈ.ഐ.പി.യിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കാണ് വൈ.ഐ.പി-ശാസ്ത്രപഥത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ യോഗ്യതയുള്ളത്.
The Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC) has issued a government order granting grace marks to state-level winners of the Young Innovators Program (YIP) in the school category. The Department of General Education has announced that 10 grace marks will be awarded to state-level winners of the YIP-Shasthrapadham program, which is open to high school, higher secondary, and vocational higher secondary students. YIP is designed to foster a culture of innovation among students from high school through the research level.
The YIP-Shasthrapadham program is a joint initiative of K-DISC, the Department of General Education, and the Samagra Shiksha Kerala (SSK) for high schools, higher secondary schools, and vocational higher secondary schools. In this program, two or three-member student teams submit their ideas, and state-level winners are chosen through a three-tiered evaluation process. K-DISC provides guidance and financial assistance to the selected teams to help them complete their projects.
Registration and idea submission for the eighth edition of YIP-Shasthrapadham are currently underway. Ideas can be submitted through the website yip.kerala.gov.in before September 14. The YIP operates by connecting academic research institutions, the government, industry, and the general public. Only students from educational institutions registered with YIP are eligible to participate in YIP-Shasthrapadham.
